Joseph Reid has practiced yoga since 1997 and has been teaching a synthesis of styles since 2004. He has studied with Genny Kapuler of the Iyengar Institute, Dharma Mittra, Rod Stryker, Aaron Star & Jaganath. He enjoys breathing, cooking, getting LOST, tending plants and learning how to jump into handstands with both feet. Joseph has led classes in various places and situations from the Merce Cunningham Dance Company in Lille, to St. Mark's Catholic High School student retreat on an Iroquois reservation, to Hot Yoga in a sweltering Sai Gon, Bavarian ladies on a mountain in Bali, to nude couples yoga at Burning Man.
